I got a score of around 5100 with my PIII 800 overclocked to 958mhz. You should try overclocking the chip some helped me out alot. Plus set your ram at Cas 2 helps out also. Goodluck.

256 megs ram
VOODOO 5 5500 AGP

and for all those Gefore lovers I hated the ELSA Geforce I purchaced before the Voodoo damn card would not run any games hardly at all plus locked up most games it would play and yes I installed it right and took all old video drivers out plus tried all the so called drivers out for the card. Only thing it would run well was 3DMark2000.
So i just slapped a Voodoo in and guess what no problems, should of just bought it the first time instead I just went by what everyone was getting in the benchmarks.

Sorry about that had to get it off my chest.

LOL Shane, very true. 99% of GeForce users have never even seen a VooDoo5 in action, so they don't understand the difference. If they say they've seen one and weren't impressed they're either lying, it was really a VooDoo3, or they're blind. They just bought what was advertised as the fastest card in the world, just kids wanting bragging rights, not quality hardware. And benchmarks are sooooo fun to play

LOL!! I love threads like this! I have a V5 and I recently (last week) installed a Asus V7700 in a friends computer. No comparison. The V5 looks sooooo much better. The GeForce2 got about 7 fps over my V5, but at 110-117 fps (1024x768, 16 bit, practically everything turned on...who needs 32 bit? I don't see the difference other than a drastic drop in fps!), who can see it? The V5 looks good and runs fast...the GF2 ran fast but lacked the appearance. I just had to see one in action before I started saying anything about it. BTW, it took two days and several changes to my friends bios before I could get that POS GF2 to run correctly. That was on a brand new hdd, fresh install of WinME, and fresh install of the new Det 3 drivers. The V5 was plug and play with no probs from the start....it's good to finally see both worlds. I'll stick with my V5, thanks.

I have oround 4700 score with V5 @ default 166 and geometric assist ON with [email protected] and oround 4350 with geometric assist OFF.
That is with SuperBypas option and fastest memory settings.

V5 is great for me even with this low 3Dmark score.

QIII 100FPS @ 1024x768x16 HQ.

For the image quality well it is 100% true that GFMX looks like shit compareing with V5, I have try them both and I would never swich to GeForce becouse two reasons:
Image quality (I am not thinking on FSAA) and it while not work 100% stabile on my mainboard, and I don`t whant to change my K7Pro just becouse GeForce series are not working.
