Which CPU do yo want to use with it and what is your budget ?

Because your list is spanning at least 4 processor generations, I'd leave the rest and concentrate on the motherboards with x97 chipsts, as they are the most modern (out of that list) and suited for Haswell/Broadwell CPUs.

A Z97 board is mainly for overclocking, so if you don't overclock the H97 models would do fine :)
I'm an Asus guy but I did a build for a family member with a Gigabyte H87M-D3H (one generation older than H97) and it was a great board overall.
The M in the model names mean it's a Micro-ATX board, something to keep in mind if you want to build a smaller system.

As already pointed out by equinoxe3d,
The Intel 9 series chipsets is the more current over the Intel 8 series chipsets.

As for the differences between the Z97 and H97, for complete details, you can take a look at The Tech Report

As to VGA, DVI and HDMI, those will be irrelevant if you intend to use a discrete video card.
If you intend to use the integrated graphics of the Intel Core i5 4460, just select one that matches the interface of your monitor.
