Well, I WAS going to get a Wii....

I have a motor home and we take short trips all the time. Plus tail gating at Steeler games. It has a standard definition TV in it, and the Wii is standard def (480p is Enhanced definition not HD). We do have a HD in my house though, in the family room and my sons bedroom.

I was at my brothers house today and my nephew was playing Madden 07 on his 360 on a regular old 27" SD TV.

I'll tell ya, while it was obviously not HD, it looked pretty damn good. So here is my question.

Have you hooked your 360 up to a standard definition TV or is yours on SD full time? Is this the norm for XBOX 360 games?

If so Im just going to get a 360.

Thanks much.

I've never hooked mine up to an SDTV, as I don't own one. However, the XB360 is designed to run at all the standard resolutions: 480p, 480p widescreen, 720p, 1080i, and now 1080p. My HDTV supports 1080i, but since XB360 games are designed at 720p, that's what I run mine at. Looks great. :)
