We have a machine in the shop now that is reporting two 3 1/2 floppys, A: and B:. This is only in Windows. I have installed an Iomega Zip 100 internal on the secondary IDE cable as slave. Has anyone heard of this before? Where can I find the fix for this issue? Thanks.... Hazy

If the Zip is working okay as whatever drive letter is was assigned, check out the BIOS. I think if they enable floppy swaping (A: & B
, this will make WIN9X think that there are two drives instead of one.

I could be totally off base, but try it out.
