SDRAM is synchronous DYNAMIC random access memory, it's a faster type of memory that synchronizes with your CPU, allowing it to run fast enough to handle the 100MHz system bus. SGRAM is synchronous GRAPHICS random access memory which is often used for videocards. It also sync's with your CPU and uses techniques I don't understand to improve graphics processing. It's faster than SDRAM cause SDRAM cannot perform mask and block writes. Clear as mud huh? Hope this helps
