[RESOLVED] Motherboard with serial port connectors

Are there any motherboards out there that have many serial ports directly on them? I have been using large 8 and 16 port serial to USB boxes, but there is a small amount of latency associated with these. Timing is very critical with my work and I would like to eliminate as much latency as possible. I have worked with newer motherboards that have one or two serial ports on them, but I am wondering if you know of any that have more than two. If there are not any with more than two, do you have suggestions on a good motherboard with two? Having the ability to add plenty of memory and and good video cards are also important. Any help is appreciated.

I do use these, and they are better than going through a USB to Serial box. However, some of the software I use requires a motherboard com1. I was just thinking it would be easier, and better, if there were motherboards that have a number of native com ports.

Thanks for the input

Old legacy ports, such as Serial and Parallel, are definitely getting hard to find on new motherboards.
