i'm running Windows2003 Terminal Server.... my TS Ports keep going into an INACTIVE state, and I have to keep going into the the TERMINAL SERVER printer properties and under PORTS and place the printer into a TS Port that is active.

the printer is connected via TCP/IP protocol in my remote office.

why does this keep happening... it occurs several times per day :mad:

The TS ports seem to deactivate when different computers in the office go to access the printer. if only one computer is RDC the TS and printer all is fine, but as soon as another computer RDCs into the TS and the same printer it deactivates
