PDA recommendations?

I just started looking at PDAs for the first time and they are extremely confusing with all of the different formats and proprietary expansion slots. I would like to spend around $200. I guess I will probably have to go with a monochrome display and 8MB, but which brand? I saw the Casio BE300 at Best Buy for $199 and it's color and has 16MB of ROM, but it has MS CE 3.0 which is old, right? Can the OS be upgraded? There must be something wrong with it if it's that cheap. Give me some opinions for what I should look for. I will hopefully get it for Christmas so the prices might come down even more by then. Thanks

If you really want a good PDA then you should save a bit more money and consider the 3Com Palm Pilots.

They are the best selling and come with the best warantee.

You won't regret owning one.

What about the Sony CLIE PEG-S320? It looks really nice and Circuit City has it for $145 after rebate. The reviews look good too. Is the Sony as expandable as the Palm or Handspring?

Most Palm's don't have very much to offer in the way of hardware upgrades. Handsprings are the most versitle.

Last time I checked, the Palm M100 was about $150.

Okay, I just checked Palm's website and the m105 is $150. It has a 8MB of memory.

You can get a Visor Platinum or Neo for $199 (free shipping).
