I think people should configure Java to auto-update. But, thanks for the heads-up anyway.

Just a warning -- that recent update apparently removed Java 6. Some legacy apps needed 6. What was missing was some code to point the apps to 7.

@Gilles Lussier, If people configure Java on auto update then on some systems, when it starts auto update, then the system's performance may be slow. Due to this reason, I think that manual update is the best option.

Those whhave a slow pc, can do it manually if thewant. For most people, auto update is a far better option.
