How much of a power supply do you need for a GeForce4?

My comp now is an EMachines T2460...I need to get a decent video card in here to replace the garbage onboard video. The computer has a 250Watt Power Supply...it has a 16x DVD drive, a 48-16-40 CDRW, 60GB HD, and a PCI modem. With all this, will I be ok with the current power supply and a GeForce4, or should I upgrade the power supply first?

So does that mean I need more, or that I've got enough?

The current power supply is a MIcro ATX 250 watt

Try it and see, it's not going to blow up or anything. If you have stability problems that don't seem to be OS, software or conflict based then try upping the power supply then. No point spending good money on what you don't need.

Why am I still doing up?

I have a 250 psu and a gf 4200ti along with 2 hard disks, a cdrw, sound and a modem and have no instability issues. Try it and see if you need a new psu; don't spend money unless you have to.
