Hi all.. The employee who has been dismissed from the company due to misbehavior, deleted some critical documents before leaving there. It paid the company heavy loss. So we are now thinking to make the security more strict. The cyber security solutions NCI is near to our place and I have seen the NAC services on their website. Is it possible to control the access of employees on sensitive data through network access control? Do you have any other suggestions for me? Please do reply.

When you get rid of an employee, why don't you remove access to company's computers/server before you tell him that he is fired? Then, as soon as you tell him that he is fired, you escort him to the door.
