Hi all,

Looking for some advise.
I just bought an ASUS 6670 HD graphics card, for my Pentium 4 3Ghz two Cpu's.

Running 4GB ddr2 800Mhz Ram.

Graphics card driver and software seems to have installed properly
Watching HD quality movies come out brilliantly, and everything is set 1080p.

My Only issue is that the operating system- desktop menus, icons, everything, else is really bad quality. even though refresh rates on all devices is 60hz- 32bit 1080p- and I have tried going to a lower resolution.

Is there something wrong with windows, or my setup?

What monitor are you using? Check the native resolution of the monitor and match your card's settings to that.

What video card were you previously using and what operating system? Did you use the drivers that comes with the card or the latest Catalyst drivers from AMD's website?

I suspect that you have some sort of conflict from your previous video card drivers.

I recommend using Driver Sweeper to clean out unwanted video card drivers and installing the latest Catalyst from AMD's website.
