Anyone else get slow performance in UT with a Kyro II?

Well I shouldn't say the action is slow all the time, but at certain points in maps, the entire game slows down regardless of how much action is occuring on screen or the resolution/color depth. If there is a lot of action on screen then it slows down to a crawl. I'm using the special OpenGL driver that allows for S3TC and I have all of the options tweaked for max performance in the UnrealTournament.ini file. This never happened on my 32MB Geforce2 card. Another thing I've noticed is that the compressed textures don't look as good as they did on the Geforce.

put it to 32-bit, and i have no idea what that s3tv thingy is but try and disable it. also ut is designed for glide so your not going to get the best preformince available no matter what
