Help with laptop BIOS update file please....

I recently bought a new laptop,for the spec it was something I couldn't pass up.
the only problem is it has a habbit of locking up every so often and it's getting me down
I have tried new VIA 4 in 1 beta drivers but it still does it.
It's not temp related as the exhaust air is cold.
I now have found a new BIOS update for it,my only problem is it has no readme with it,it's a zip file with various .bin files etc.
the vendor has no european web site so a translated version of their German site is sketchy at best.If I post the link could someone please have a look at the file and advise me on how to go about flashing the BIOS (don't worry I have done my PC many a time so im not that new to it) it's just something I need to be 100% sure about.

Have you done a search for a translator app? Even if it gives you a trial might be enough to translate it.

I did find a page and got it to ruff English!
It describes using the Flash program from AMI etc. and typing in the ROM file for flashing.
when the BIOS file from the vendor is unziped 1 get 6 files :

Do I start the flash program select the BIN file? is this the same as a ROM file?

any ideas as to what the others are for?
