    Adding additional "SCSI" adapter

    Hi,
I have a I/O Magic IDE add in card. It installed itself as a SCSI adapter and allowed four addition IDE devices in my system. Would it be possible in the future to add additional add in cards? Either another IDE card, or a true SCSI card? I have an ASUS P3V4X mobo (BIOS 1006 beta2) with a PIII 1Ghz 1 GB RAM running Windows 98 SE Information would me appreciated

Promise has a blurb about that. Sometimes you can have problems booting to an ATA card if you also have an SCSI card installed. I just followed their instructions to put the ATA card in a higher priority PCI slot so the computer would see it first on boot. So my ATA card coexists with my SCSI card OK.
If you can keep your head while others around you are losing theirs, then there is something you don't know

Thanks for the reply guys. Booting shouldn't be a problem, because I plan to keep my bootable drive on the mobo. If I have problems, I'll come back and harass y'all :-D
