Mouse acceleration

How do i turn off mouse acceleration for games like counterstrike. I really hate it. I have a microsoft intellimouse explorer 3.0. I would prefer a solution that avoids editing the registry if possible.

Double-click Control Panel,
Double-click Mouse,
Click Motion tab,
Adjust to suit.
