    Problem with Network card

    I have a problem with this Realtek RTL8029(AS) PCI Ethernet NIC. I install whatever is necessary to connect to another computer through the bnc connector but I still can't connect. It doesn't even find the other computer. I never had this problem with an older 3Com NIC. I even tried to install the NIC's own drivers instead of Windows' drivers. What can I do to fix this?

    Look through the driver disk for a config/diag util (might be two separate utils). The card might need to be manually configured for which connector you're using.
