Dear Chaps,

A friend asked me to look at his modem setup.

He has a PC Chips 599 LMR with onboard modem. It is installed OK

The problem is that when you connect to the internet, it logs on to the ISP but explorer or Outlook Express is unable to find the server.

I've tried with the latest drivers--dosen't help.
