I have this maybe silly question.
About a year ago I have bought a rather cheap Pentium III 450 MHz PC with 17" monitor, mouse.......Brand: unknown.
About 2 months later I bought an Epson Stylus Photo 700 printer.
The computer has been bothering me from the start but the helpdeskpeople said it was all due to wrong software installation ????
This is what happened.
The PC was slower than expected (a lower Pentium PC at my work was evidently fatser). Recently (surfing for info) I found out that a test in an old magazine was very negative, particularly about speed, that negative that the store promised to take all PC's back when customers were not satisfied, but this is a year ago, so I don't think they will do it anymore.
Well after being slow I started to have blue screens frequently.
The mouse failed
The monitor failed: that's to say: only the lower 5-% of the monito functions the upper half stays black.
The Printer went down -> still not working.
Any explanation. Could it be that mouse printer and monitorproblems are caused by the PC.
Any suggestions on what to do??
It's driving me crazy.
Thanks in advance
Jazzy
