Saitek cyborg 2000 joystick.. please help!

I don`t know if this is a problem but on my joystick i have a point of view! ( hat )
Its seem that when i push it like on up (in the test) all other button are touch too!
sorry my spelling am french canadian
if i push it down button 1 2 and 3 are used!
I have button 1,2,3 and 4 and a hat view but when i use the hat button i don`t want other button to be used with the hat!!

Sounds like a faulty stick to me, if it's new take it back to where you got it from and get a replacement, if it's not new or the warranty has run out, cut your losses and get a new one. Good luck.
