Yes I believe you can - assuming that you have enough free ports. This will depend on the adaptors the keyboards use - PS/2 or USB. So you could plug one in on PS/2, and the other on USB (assuming it supports it), or if you have a USB mouse, both Keyboards could go in the PS/2 ports.

i now use a usb mouse, so the other ps/2 is available,,, so i could get a ps/2 keyboard for the wireless one?
but, i have enough usb 2.0 ports to use, wouldn't it be better to use a usb one than a ps/2
also, if i am reading this right, it really doesn't matter then which device is where, say i had a ps/2 mouse and ps/2 kb, they could be swapped on those two ports in the rear of the pc and it'd be ok?
theoretically there could be one mouse on usb and two ps/2 kb's on the two ports,,,hhmm,,k
anyway, usb would be best right?

Yeah, if you've got loads of USB ports free, then you may as well use the keyboard in one of those. It's usually just less problematic using the PS/2 ports.
To be honest, you could almost certainly get away with plugging the peripherals into any ports which are free.
