Canon BJC 4200sp

Howdy all,
my printer has gone weird. It only prints on the left half of the page. That is, it prints all the text or whatever it's printing but it's all squashed up on the left half of the page.
Printing a test page from printer properties results in the same thing.
Any ideas?

turn printer off and then hold the power button for 2 beeps then release for a selftest. See what the cartridge type says.
If it says photo cartridge bc22 set the printer driver to photocolour.

Goober, you hit the nail on the head. That's what I get for installing Calidad ink cartridges instead of Canon. The cartridge just says color, not photo color.
