    modem volume

    anyone know how to turn the volume down on a modem?
    I have moved the slide-bar down to its minimum but the modem is still well loud.

    On some modems you can go into 'Advanced' and add "L1" or "L2" or "L3" in the 'Extra settings' box to regulate the sound level.
