Cleaning of Iomega Zip drive

I recently acquired an old (but little used) external Iomega Zip 100 drive.

I was surprised to not be able to find any information on keeping the mechanisms clean on these devices. We are always told to regularly use a cleaning diskette on our 3.5 " floppies and CD lens cleaners on our CD/DVD drives, but I haven't seen any information relating to Zip drive maintenance.

Do you guys clean them, and if you do, how please? Is there such a thing as a Zip drive cleaning diskette?
