I have an PII @ 266 mHz with 2X 32mb SDRAM. I don't know if it's 66mHz or 100mHz SDRAM. I want to know because I want to change my CPU, and faster CPUs use 100mHz bus...

Your CPU (Pentium II 266) is using the 66 MHz bus. That is why, your memory should be 66 as well. I doubt that someone would sell you PC100 memory with your system, because at that time the PC100 memory wasn’t there yet, and if it was, it was expensive.
Run the program and click on "Mainboard Information" It tells you a load of stuff and just before half way (Memory Modules) it tells you what memory modules you have in each slot, 64Mb PC100 etc....
