Conexant Modem & Windows 2000

Hi all!
If anybody has a reliable driver for Conexant (WebExcel) internal PCI modem (56K/V.90,fax,voice,speakerphone) for Windows2K please email it to me or point into right place. I installed Win2K and realised that there is no driver available. I found beta version on the Web, but it doesn't dial reliably. I mean it dials ones out of five attempts and I was able to connect. Also I've found Win2K allows sharing IRQs! It can be a number of devices with the same IRQ and it is not a conflict!
In addition, would it be a difference between PCI slots to use a modem?

Yeah, I have found the driver from local australian modem manufacturer. However it does something stange. I am able to dial and get connected only from Connect Option from Dial-Up-Network icon. It doesn't dial from Connect window in IE5, like I used to have in Win95.
