    Printer problem

    I Have a Cannon BJC-620 printer. it seems to print in color, but when you try to print in Black, it clicks, and the paper seems to feed out. the head doesn't seem to go over the paper at all when trying to print in black.

    I Fixed the problem by extensively cleaning the heads, and i downloaded the new drivers off of the website
