I need a program that can make .jpg's and other various pictures larger without reducing the quality...Does this sort of program exist???Thanks...BTW is there somewheree else I can post general questions like this???

You might try www.winplanet.com ... They have a discussion forum on Windows Application Software there.

I'm not sure you can do exactly what you want, since the .jpg files are already compressed image files. But you can use a program like Paintshop Pro or Adobe Photoshop to resize the image. These programs have various algorithms for approximating the higher number of pixels it will take to "grow" the image.

One thing is for sure -- the better the original image you have, the better the final image will turn out.
