    Hard Drive error

    Whenever i try to format my hard drive, i get the error message, that my partition table has an error (i only have german dos; i don't know what excactly appears)
    can i repair that

    Have you tried running FDISK to re-create the partitions from scratch?

    FDISK the MBR, then FDISK and format the hard drive.
