    Zip Compatability

My School uses zip drives on their G3's and I was wondering if it could read the zip disks from my windows 98 pc. I know it works with
floppy disks, but I'm not sure with zip disks. Please help. Thank you.

I'm not sure about compatibility, but if you (or a friend) has a zip drive on a pc and a spare disk then just copy a file on and see if the school's zip drive reads it. Otherwise, there might be some info at www.iomega.com .

These should be okay for each other. Worse case senario is that you format the ZIP as a PC disk with the G3 system. (Just like a normal 1.44 floppy.) That will make it work on both. This does take up a little space on the disk, but with 100MB to play with, big deal.
