Is there a analog modem that can do this?

Is there a modem that can reduce bandwidth and let analog phone call through? I guess to work the phone would have to be digital so the signal could be multiplexed between the modem and phone.

    Anyone know anything about this?

ISDN modems are the closest thing that your going to get to that. Unless you can get a eletronics corp to build a modem like that for you. MEI Corp in Atlanta GA and Graytronics in Hunstville Al can build something like that for you.
