Why are my TV-out colors totally distorted in 640*480 but not in 800*600?

Hi, my name is The MegaHerz Game and i've got Abit Siluro GF2 MX with tv-out and a KT7A Motherboard.

When I view my stuff on the monitor all is ok both in 640*480 and 800*600, but on the TV (PAL) my colors are totally strange in 640*480. 800*600 is fine, but I want to see some films that are 640*480 so this is a prob for me.

I think the key to this may be some setting that does things with color, cant remember the name, but the fu**er is blacked out in my nvidia driver settings.

Any help on this is greatly apreciated!
