Hi guys, I was just wondering which utility you guys use to tweak your GeForces with the new 23.82 drivrs. Now that NVMax is gone, is RivaTuner a god replacement? I am mainly looking for a utility the lets me overclock, and set my VSync options. Thanks in advance.

Well, I have been busy with work and stuff... the last game I played was Wolf3D!!! I am way behind the times, but the only utility I liked was NVMax! NO FAIR!!! THEY CAN'T STOP!!! Ok, end of rant... Also, my computer has been a total freak for the past few months and I have just not had time to mess with it.. Anyhow, I do not feel like messing with other utilites without a recomendation... RivaTuner seems to only let me OverClock, and I am not looking to do that, I want all the GL and Dx tweaks that NVMax had... Ok, I gotta run.

Actually, it is a little strange with the detonators over 23.x, but only a little quirky. Everytime you reboot or go out of suspend, it resets the memory clock to default. Not a big problem, you just have to change it back.
As for the other settings, they seem to be okay to me. I only use FSAA in openGL games, and it keeps those settings without any problems.
Of course that was with WinME. I just use the 23.11 detonators with 2k and it works perfectly. I haven't seen much improvement with the newer detonators, so I just use the one that NVrefrresh fix still works on.

OK I downloaded the Riva Tuner and I found where to adjust, but how should I go about overclocking it? Do I go in slow steps until the video card won't run? How to properly overclock it is the question here... Thanks!
As for the GF3:
A Ti 200 should easily do 200/460. Some folks get more. The most I got was 230/500, but more cooling is necessary to keep it from artifacting on me.
I definitely WOULD NOT massively OC it until you crash. That may toast the RAM (I suspect My Radeon VE died in this manner). I would try 10mhz at a time. Leave it running at that speed for a while, then inch it up. As you get past about 200/480, I would do even smaller jumps. If you start seeing funny things during gameplay, you are going too fast and have reached your limits. Notch it back down to the last stable setting. Just make conservative increases, and don't run it at a speed that makes games have artifacts.
