which card for video editing back to VCR

I want to be able to plug my camcorder in to my computer edit it and run it back to my VCR for recording is there a video card for this????????

there are lots, but they all are different and are designed for different uses. The Ati cards are ussually low end capturing and more geared towards a real 3d video card, which they do poorly. Pinnacle cards are good, (capture cards), they have terrible customer support, but they work good, they might run you a little more however, look for the low end ones. There aren't many others out there,
