No Video?!

I recently built a new computer. It worked fine and I installed WIndows XP. That night I turned on and off the computer a few times but video worked fine. The next day when I turned on the computer there was no video output. The screen said "No singnal". I tried everything I can think of. Checking connections and internal parts. PLEASE HELP!

Specs:
Athlon XP 2000+
MSI K7T266 Pro 2
GeForce 2 GTS PRO
80GB seagate HD
512MB PC2100 DDR-SDRAM

Did you try using another video card?

I have tried anotrher video card. I triple checking the connections and the monitor comes on when the keyboard and mouse arent plugged in. Could this be a short in the MoBo or Not enough power. I have a 300W power supply. Thanks!
