Okay my Asus P4B266 has onboard 6.1 surround using the CMI8738 chipset.
The problem I have is that when I install my ATI Xpert 128 PCI card as my second Vid card ..Windows freezes just before the Welcome Wave.
I tried istalling it in a different slot ..same thing. I changed the IRQ same thing. I disable onbaord sound in the BIOS. It works. I physically remove the card and set the audio active in the BIOS and it works.
I gat mad throw the card at the wall ...swear at it a couple of times (this didn't make it work but it felt good!)
I next try my ATI Radeon PCI card same **** in every test !! ...WHY ?? why can't I use a PCI viddeo card with my AGP? On my Asus board before this both cards were fine!!! aaaaagggghhh!
