Monster Fusion AGP BIOS problem

I downloaded the bios update for my Monster Fusion AGP 16mb. I don´t know what went wrong, but now I can´t play any games because my pc locks up. Sometimes it locks up even when I´m using windows.
I know I´m not the only one with this problem, so if anyone knows what to do, please tell me.
I have a PII 350 - 64mb RAM
