voodoo4/5 driver for Voodoo3

Hi:serious sam provider recommend using the Voodoo4/5 driver for the Voodoo3/2000 AGP/PCI
does anyone Has tried ?
also is The voodoo4/5 drivers will
support MS Directx 8.0 .thanks in advance

I used to do it with my V3 2000. Actually make graphics look better to me.
