TV out/ Display problems

I have a Geforce2 MX with video out and the newest drivers to download from nVidia's website. When I try to set the video out from display properties, most of the screen displays on the TV but sometimes the windows that are open are black. Other times everything shows. I can usually move the mouse around but when i try to click anything it doesn't do anything. Some of the time a box comes up saying display properties has committed and error. I also sometimes have trouble just changing resolutions. I have reinstalled the video drivers several times, reinstalled win98 SE, and also installed the newest via 4 in 1 drivers. Does anyone know how I can fix my problem?

Get TVTool. It's an indispensible utility for nVidia cards with TV-out. For $10, you can't go wrong. You'll get more control over your TV-out display as well as the ability to fill the screen. You should be able to solve your problems with this.
