Help!! Play DVD not allowed with TV OUT

I am trying to watch DVD with my Geforce MX400 TV OUT card, but the Powerdvd refused to play the DVD because it says the DVD is copy protected and not allow to play while TV OUT feature is on. If this is the case, why i need to get a TV OUT card and cant watch on TV with the TV OUT option?! Is there anything I can fix this?

have you tried first starting up the dvd and then switching the tv-out on (or plugging the cable in..)?

hmm, it's not convenience if everytime i play the DVD and turn on the twinview, is there any hack or utils that can hack the dvd software don't check the TV OUT feature is on?

What DVD is it?Try a different DVD title. I watch DVDs on my TV all the time using PowerDVD ver3 and my Matrox G450's tv-out .I don't think its a PowerDVD issue ?check all your vid card settings.I think sbcanada has a mx400 tv-out and I've seen some posts from him on being able to watch DVDs on his TV.
