    Monitor Image Problem

If the background on the monitor screen is anything other than white, the images and text appear with a light green color around the edges. If the background is white, everything is normal. I've degaussed, moved speakers away and replaced the video card.
Any suggestions on what is causing this and anything I can do to rectify this annoying problem?

How old is your monitor and is it still under warranty?

Forgot to mention that it's not the monitor. I connected another monitor which works fine on another system.

    The VGA-cable, perhaps?

Nope, tried that. This why I'm so frustrated. Thought for sure I could have solved this problem but I can't come up with a solutiion.

    The GFX-card, perhaps?
