    HP Pavilion Uses RADEON

Ran across this at Sharky Extreme,

    HP Pavilion Uses RADEON-December 7, 2001
ATI Technologies Inc. recently announced that the ATI ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON graphics card is now available on HP Pavilion home desktop PCs using Hewlett-Packard Company's Configure-to-Order program and HP's retail kiosks. The ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON card delivers an award-winning all-in-one television, video and graphics solution to customers. With 32 MB of DDR (double data rate) memory, the ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON includes a Digital Video Interface (DVI), Personal Video Recorder (PVR) technology, and a stereo TV tuner. The PVR function -- a digital replacement for the VCR -- gives users the ability to easily record hours of TV programs and video and then play it back any time or archive it on DVD+RW.

Hmm... wonder if ATI driver support will improve?

    Of course it will.

    LOL.

I'm sure we'll see an ATI press release answering that soon. And then another one shortly afterwards to correct the first one and say that the guy who made it has been fired.

    MuFu.
