issue with v6600 asus and smart doctor

i have been using this card for a long time now, and i seem to be getting the foll message in smart doctor that came with it.

Your VGA card voltage 3.3 is out of safe bound,
which means your motherboard doesn't supply with reliable 3.3 voltage.
Please contact with your motherboard manufacture for further help.

at this time, the voltage was 3.07. the system locks up frequently, disabling even the power button. lot of trouble, please help.

You say you have been using this card for a long time and have had no problems before? if so, then your MB has developed problems. This doesn't seem like a hardware/software compatibility issue so much as time to return or buy your MB.

well i probably didnt explain it rite. see this problem started when i first played fifa 2000. ever since, ive not been able to get rid of the message.

i have read in some places that it might be because the mbd is not supplying adequate power to the card. or maybe its the bios.

either way, i have sent in the motherboard for testing twice and no results.
do you suppose raising the voltage might help?
