New Geforce3 drivers from Windows Update???

Windows Update sure has been acting strangely lately... I can barely even get it to run most of the time, but when I finally did I noticed there was an update for my Geforce3 drivers at the bottom. I'm running the Detonator4 21.85's so I don't know how MS could say I need an upgrade. Anyone know anything about this?

Well the thing is is that the drivers must have been put up within the last couple days. And usually when new drivers for nVidia cards are released, 50 hardware sites mention it. I haven't seen anything on these drivers.
