Which tv tuner would u go for?

Im interested in buying a tv-tuner and i would like to ask anyone who has either one of the following, to let me know what he thinks of quality/capture.

Pinnacle Studio PCTV PRO
ATI-TV Wonder

If you need a tuner (eg. you have cable TV), I used an ATI TV-wonder USB. Good gadget, but it has no encoding features onboard. If you have digital TV (digital cable or satelite), just plug the vid out in your computer's vid in (I have a Radeon VIVO).
