I don't think that it's worth upgrading to a GF2 MX200. It's really sucky. True, the GF2 MX core is a lot more advance as compared to the V3 2000. Thing is that the 64-bit memory is too much of a bottleneck and this limits the core so much. It's not worth the money for a fact. Go get a MX instead. It'd be way better. Actually I think that the MX200 would even be slower. I tried testing how many fps in Q3 and the result was only a little bit higher than my TNT2 M64. The MX does around thrice that of the MX200. Don't buy it!!!!!!
