Problems installing GeForce 2

I just bought a GeForce 2 Pro card, but can't make it work.
Sometimes the system crashes, sometimes reboots.
The few times it began to start Windows, after it detected the card, It crashes or reboots when installing the drivers.

I have a P3 450 in an Intel 440 BX 2 motherboard.
There are also installed an SB Live 5.1 and a PCI Network card.
