    AGP Speed

If your motherboard supports AGP 4X, your video card supports it, the drivers do, and it's set to 4X in the bios, is there some way in Windows to test and make sure that it's running in 4X instead of 2X?

Try WCPUID - it provides AGP, motherboard chipset data & CPU information.
