Either case I got much higher with my Duron 900 and Voodoo3. I finally got a GeForce2 GTS. I was looking at an MX, but found a GTS for $99 (new). Couldn't pass it up.
I could get 4000 in 2000 and 1700 in 2001 with the Voodoo3. With the GeForce2 GTS I get about 6300 and 3000 respectively (default settings).

Equinox3D,
What is up with those scores. I just ran 3D Mark 2000 on my secondary system (the system that gets all my old parts). It has a K6-2 450 (which should perform about on par with a PII 350) and a Voodoo3 2000 overclocked to 166Mhz (which is the same speed of the Voodoo3 3000). I have 128MB SDRAM and a 4.3GB hard drive. I still managed to squeak out around 1485 running defaulst settings (except 16 bit and double buffer). I didn't even try 3D Marks 2001 (mostly because of hard drive space).

Hey also what version of 2000 do you have. They put out a patch for the original quite a long time ago that add 3DNow support and software T&L. With the Voodoo3 in my Duron 900 system, I got a hugh boost in performance using the software T&L instead of the 3DNow enhancements (at least a 400 point differance). I'm running the software T&L on my K6-2 450 system right now. On the weaker K6-2 450, I only got an extra 15pts, but that puts me at 1497 now. My Duron with Voodoo3 topped out about 4040. With my GTS I get about 6300 with hardware T&L (plus tripple bufffer and 32bit color).

Todd a, I have the v1.1 (I think it's the patched one), but I got that score with Triple Buffer (i'll try Double to see if it makes a difference).
I get a very good ranking in my category at the ORB (V3s 2000/3000 on PII 350). The highest score is 1308 and the lowest is 1023, so I don't seem to be off the run.
When running 128MB RAM at CAS 2-2-2 I managed the 9th place in this category with 1290.
On the ORB search in your category (K62-450), it brought up scores between 532(?) and 1868, so you seem to be well placed also.
Your higher score than mine is due to the fact that even with 3DNow off, V3 cards seems to like very much AMD systems
