    who think nVidia is on the Intel side? (i guess not)

    nforce will be a chipset for AMD CPUs.

    Nah, I don't think nVidia is biased on Intel now, in fact I heard they optimize their drivers for the Athlon platforms.

    That's exactly what i mean, but i remember some guys blaming nvidia as an intel follower, simply because of the fact of the recommended specs for running their gpus.

    Anyway, i think this at least could mean a high quality chipset for amd cpus (not the via crap).

    I think everyone should know by now that any firm picks partners acording to profit.

    So if nVidia is decided to stick with AMD it was definelty becouse Intel was not wiling to deal with them

    Hopefully Intel wakes up and lets nVIDIA develope a nice dual channel DDR chipset for Northwood.

    A chipset with those specs is a must have, i mean, even if you're a hardcore gamer a geforce2 isn't that bad at all. Still, you can replace the onboard card with a new one (a la i815).
